This course is designed to give you proven techniques for staying on top of your workload to help improve your productivity and the quality of your work.

    USING THE MYERS BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR TO BUILD BETTER RELATIONSHIPS
    (One-half day or one-day; up to thirty participants)

    This course will help participants build more productive work relationships and optimize job performance. The focus is on developing an awareness of different values, motivation and strengths in order to build bridges between individuals and create "win-win" work relationships. Participants will assess their own personality style using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and will learn how to minimize or eliminate friction between divergent styles.

    STRESS MANAGEMENT

    The objective of this course is to provide comprehensive instruction in the practice of understanding stress and learning to manage and control stress as an essential component for health, well-being, work and family life. Learn to feel better about yourself and others and become less vulnerable in stressful situations.
